POE is “One Business Stop” we obtain permits, clarify all issues with land, develop, design and engineering plan, meet all government regulations, solve all logistic and security problems, organize delivery of raw materials to site, inspect the quality of materials before use and update our client on daily bases with day to day progress.

Over the years of experience, we partner with material & soil testing labs, concrete mixing manufacturers, raw material suppliers and the Iraqi engineering association to enhance our cost effective strategies.

POE priority number one is to complete and delivery in accordance to what we contracted for with guaranties.
